House Administration
The Committee on House Administration is a standing committee of the U.S. House of Representatives that has jurisdiction over matters relating to the administration of the House, including the management and operation of the House of Representatives, the Library of Congress, the Congressional Research Service, and the Congressional Budget Office.
The committee also has jurisdiction over federal elections and campaign finance laws, as well as the administration of the House floor and the House Page Program.
