Washington, DC – U.S. Rep. Rodney Davis (R-Ill.) today announced his long-time Chief of Staff Jen Daulby as Staff Director of the Committee on House Administration. Davis was recently selected by Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) to serve as Ranking Member of the Committee on House Administration, which is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the House and oversight of federal elections.

“I’m excited to announce that my long-time Chief of Staff, Jen Daulby, will serve as Staff Director of the committee,” said Davis. “Jen’s experience leading a successful personal office and her previous committee work make her a natural choice to help me lead this committee in the 116th Congress. She has been instrumental in helping me be an effective member of the Committee on House Administration. I know she will do an excellent job as we look to address issues within our federal election process and work to ensure we have an effective, efficient, and member-driven institution.”

Daulby has served as Davis’ chief of staff since 2013. She served as legislative counsel for Congressman Steve Chabot (R-OH), Subcommittee Chairman on Constitution, from 2005-2006, counsel for the Committee on Agriculture under Congressman Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) from 2003-2005, and legislative assistant for Congressman John Shimkus in 2003. Daulby has a J.D. from Southern Illinois University, School of Law, and is originally from Du Quoin, Illinois.
