Committee on House Administration Republicans urge the majority to hold an oversight hearing of the Capitol Police Board after a recent hearing revealed there is virtually no oversight of the board, which oversees the United States Capitol Police (USCP). If convened, according to the Congressional Research Service, this hearing would be the first time the entire board has appeared jointly before Congress since 1945.
